Tenpa Singh, more widely known as Tenpa, is your everyday music fanatic with a not-so-everyday sound. This Rotterdam based artist started DJ’ing in 2009 and with his uniquely own take on house & techno -which can be defined as deep & smooth, yet soulful & funky- he has already attracted many fans in the Dutch harbor city and beyond. As a modest house conductor he has stood behind the decks of some of the Netherlands’ most coveted stages. Among these were Off_Corso, Maassilo (Now&Wow),Bootleg DJ Café, Westelijk Handelsterrein, the 2010 Solar Festival and club Catwalk. He is a member of the Eigenwijs and the Aanwezig crews, but also the Tunnelvisie family. Also, his recent leap towards the Triphouse Rotterdam collective has been a great musical inspiration to him. With shows at events such as the Extrema Outdoor and the Solar Weekend Festival Tenpa is looking out onto a beautiful summer of 2011.
